Kaiser’s Chophouse is an inspired collaboration from esteemed chefs Peter Kaiser and Kevin Rathbun. Located in the heart of Sandy Springs, Kaiser’s Chophouse focuses on sourcing the highest quality and freshest ingredients. The drink menu consists of the cant-live-without classics, properly prepared, like the Manhattan, the Vesper, as well as our take on the Bee’s Knees using Nolet's Gin. The wine program is a focal point, with a sommelier-curated list with the finest vintages from around the world. All of the wines are stored in the temperature-controlled wine cellar. Our knowledgeable staff is able to help in create wine pairing for each dish or meal.

Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. Finally, at the beginning of 2007, they felt ready to strike out on their own and made that vision happen. “I looked around Atlanta and saw a need for a really good old-school restaurant,” Clark says. That restaurant would become C&S Oyster Bar, specializing in classic New York and Paris brasserie-style cuisine. Clark possesses a passion for French cuisine and claims that it comes from the French’s appreciation for balance. ARNETTE'S Chop Shop is a modern take on the traditional American steakhouse and features a contemporary, chef-driven menu, extensive wine list and a well-curated craft cocktail program. The restaurant’s interior was created to compliment the industrial modern design movement, exposing the natural character of the reclaimed warehouse while blending vintage, classic and modern design influences.The restaurant is split into two levels. The dining room is appointed with custom wood and leather booths, banquettes and tables.     The food was delicious.. I ordered the Oysters Rockefeller without bacon extra cooked, crab cakes and arugula salad. We sat at the bar and the service was great. We went back the next day and the service was impeccable and ordered the baked shrimp and Oysters Rockefeller without bacon and arugula salad. Will go back.

    Had an awesome Post Valentine’s Day lunch at C&S in Sandy Springs with my partner. I had visited this location once before years ago and it was my partner’s first visit. Everything was exceptional. We had no wait and were greeting soon after we were seated by our waiter. All of the wait staff was very attentive. We had the deviled eggs and chargrilled oysters for starters. Next time we would get more oysters and skip the deviled eggs. For our mains the red snapper, fried shrimp and the sides were top notch. We can’t wait to return.

    Food was good. The parmesan veal chop was great. Perfectly prepared. They have a good selection of signature drinks. Great date night. Server was very attentive!

    Went here for Valentine’s Day with my now fiancée. He proposed to me. He asked the server to bring dessert and they wrote “Will you marry me” on the plate. Service was phenomenal. Our server Maria was amazing, so nice, pleasant, welcoming and knew about the dishes and wine options. Her attention to detail deserves for her to be recognized as a valuable member of this restaurant.
