First time at this restaurant. Tuna tartare and fried oysters for appetizers were good and shareable size. Main courses, duck ok, halibut too heavy and with a heavy sauce, seafood broth ok. Too fool to get deserts.

We have been to Hell’s Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay’s Burger and the Fish n chips. The kitchen was another on our list and from the time we checked in until we left the interaction with the staff was amazing. Everyone was very attentive and ensured we had what we needed. Our food was very tasty a little different from Hell’s Kitchen but still good. For appetizers we had Cesar salad and Parker rolls. My boyfriend had the Beef Wellington and I had lollipop lamb chops and Mac n cheese for an entree and we shared the sticky pudding with mascarpone ice cream. Everything was delicious. Although the sticky pudding and vanilla bean ice cream is a better at Hells Kitchen in my opinion. My boyfriend said the Beef Wellington did not disappoint he has it at many times at Hell’s Kitchen, the only difference was the puree potatoes is better at Hells Kitchen. Overall a nice date night out enjoying great service and food. We will be back!

Always such a treat to come to Fridays for dinner. We had the pre-fix dinner. Steak cooked to perfection, dessert was such a nice treat. Server was attentive and seemed to know what we needed before we realized it. We were so engaged in our conversation that neither of us realized the restaurant filled up while we were there. Seriously did not notice the restaurant was full until we were leaving. Truly a very nice experience we had.

Rachel is amazing........personal, professional, welcoming. Would hire her in an instant. Anthony is an excellent server........knowledgeable, attentive, never misses a beat. Sad to see chair and/or table damage to walls not repaired. Also sad to see table service carts are gone. New chef might benefit from the value of Sage Room's history. All this said, understandable that decades of tradition may not last forever, however Caesar Salad made table-side will never match what is made in the kitchen. Nice job done by all. We will definitely return, as we have done since 1957. Thank you for yet another wonderful birthday celebration.

The menu is pretty basic but very good. Steaks were cooked perfectly and our server was great. Also very good prices.
