The Scotch 80 Prime name pays homage to the historical and sought-after Scotch 80s neighborhood in Las Vegas. The 80 acres of land was purchased in the early 1900’s by the city’s first mayor, Peter Buol. It was bought using funds from Scottish investors and became home to many celebrities, casino titans and prominent Vegas figures.Thank you for adhering to a business casual dress code. Please no shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, swim- or gym-wear. Remove caps when entering.Due to SNHD guidelines, no outside food or drinks are permitted.     We went here for dinner for my niece’s birthday, it was our first time and it will not be the last. The steak was fantastic, all of our side dishes were great. I had heard good things about this place and now I know for myself and we will go back again.

    Golden Steer was an absolute highlight. My mom & I got the longhorn & lobster for 2 combo, which is the absolute best way to go IMO. We chose the table side Caesar salads. Neither my mom nor I are love Caesar salads typically, but this one blew us away. It’s the best we ever had. The steak was perfectly seasoned & the lobster tail was the most decadent amazing lobster I’ve ever had. We got the whipped potatoes & the mushrooms as our sides. The longhorn with the potatoes & the mushrooms & their rich gravy was a luxurious experience. We also ordered the king crab legs, but they were watery & not as sweet as either my mom or I expected, BUT their customer service was top notch & they took care of us. We ended our meal with the table side bananas foster. Golden Steer was an experience I will treasure for a long time.

    Our server, Phillip, was very attentive and friendly. Food was good. My wife really enjoyed the ShangHai style calamari. My prime rib was very tasty and cooked to the perfect medium rare. Definitely recommend CornerStone.

    Every time we come to this restaurant, we are simply amazed by the quality of service they offer to us. Very friendly to us and our kids. Quality of seafood here is phenomenal. We will be back in a near future for sure.

    Great service…very professional wait staff..took care my wife and I… MJ was our server…great attitude. The food was great… my wife had the Prime Rib.. said it melted in her mouth …I had the Miso Chilean Seabass with mushrooms and au gratin potatoes…and let’s not forget the delicious Crabcakes for the appetizer.. I would highly recommend …. Dress code is typical for vegas… Nice jeans /shirt at a minimum…..
