AMAZING!!! Food 10/10 Customer Service 100/100 EVERY staff member was polite and knowledgeable of the menu. This was my First time dining here and I have not one complaint!! I Will definitely visit again, and again and again!!!!!!

We had a group of nine including 2 toddlers up to age 87. We were celebrating a 55th birthday. Our waiter went above and beyond serving us! He was thoughtful in every way, he immediately put in the children’s food orders and was spot on regarding drink service. He was very patient answering all of our questions. All food was exceptional. We had a Waygu appetizer, steaks and the pork chops all were out of this world.

Service and cheese bread replenishment is usually a little slow. Today, everything was refilled before asking and gauchos were checking in regularly. As always, meat is great. The grilled cheese with honey was available today and very tasty.

We enjoyed our Valentine’s Day at Gibsons! The food and drinks were excellent and the staff was kind and helpful. We would have preferred to sit in the main eating rooms. We were in a separate space that appeared to be a temporary space for Valentine’s Day. It did not feel as comfortable and it was very cold when guests would enter/exit the restaurant. However, it did not ruin the experience and we will come back because of the food and excellent service!

Everything about our visit exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and sophisticated, setting the perfect tone for a memorable evening. The decor is elegant, with a warm lighting that creates an intimate atmosphere, ideal for a special occasion or a romantic night out. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, providing us with detailed recommendations and ensuring that our glasses were never empty. The management team also made a point to check in on us, which made us feel valued and appreciated as guests. Now, let’s talk about the food — it was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the steaks were cooked to perfection.
