Inspired by the wood-fired Robata grills of Japan, Mizu offers a refreshed take on live-fire cooking atop the Hyatt Centric in the heart of Charlotte’s SouthPark neighborhood.     Our server, Rezee, heightened our dinner experience. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, drink pairings, and guided us through the Osusume with ease. She also ensured our food came out timely and engaged well with us. We can’t wait to dine there again!

    It was my friends birthday and the entire team at O-Ku made her feel extra special. The host, the busers, wait staff, etc everyone said happy birthday…it was even on the menu. And they brought a birthday dish that was delicious, South End Shrimp, order it!!! Also they were out of her favorite roll (potato roll) bc they have to roll it before shift it is so intricate, we were bummed but moved on everything was so good. Towards the end of the meal they brought out a potato roll they rolled especially for us! Amazing! I rarely give words reviews but Mayling and team were awesome. Thank you!!
