Nami Nori is a casual, Japanese restaurant specializing in open-style temaki hand rolls, located in Montclair. The menu features signature hand rolls, including crunchy varieties, as well as classic versions, and a special vegan section. Japanese-inspired dishes from the kitchen and desserts are also on offer. We accept reservations up to 30 days in advance. Please note that the grace period is 10 minutes for guests who are running late. We kindly ask that guests respect our dinner seating times of 1 hr 30 minutes for parties up to 3 and 2 hours for parties of 4-5, and 2 hr 30 minutes for parties of 6 or more.     A giant thank you to our server, Trevor-he was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He made our Thanksgiving extra special! As well, I’d like to commend all of the staff that assisted us: I so appreciated the table we were given-thank you to the hostess for that wonderful, quiet table and the gentleman who was I think part of the bussing team and kindly took a picture for us. Finally, a huge thank you to the chef for the delicious menu! It was a beautiful Thanksgiving and we are so grateful to the Blu on the Hudson team. It was amazing to have such a great dining option on a holiday!

    Everything was perfectly executed, super tasty and we didn’t leave a single thing on any plates served. We also found the Maitre Di to be quite charming and welcoming. Everything was lovely, thank you.
