PLEASE NOTE: Our Omakase experience is centered around a curation of the freshest fish and seafood. As such, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies, gluten-free nor vegan/vegetarian diets.SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $285 per person, not including beverages and tax.     The food was so tasty and fresh! The New York strip was cool how you can cook it to your liking on a hot stone! We sat outside and the back patio has a great atmosphere. It was warm with the heaters and fireplace. Drinks were also great. We want to come back to try more of the menu! Definitely make a resy because it gets busy!

    First time and loved it! Brought my mom for her birthday and we had the sushi nachos (interesting and delicious), sake maki, negi yellowtail, and the hot night 2.0. All were delicious and highly recommended! For dessert we had beignets with salted caramel sauce - yum! We sat outside and enjoyed the chill vibe and service was top notch as well.

    Had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary/Valentine’s day at NOBU Scottsdale. The food was amazing and the service was top tier. The servers were attentive and very kind. The restaurant was clean and not loud at all. Overall a wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be back!

    We sat at the sushi bar & the sushi chef was so fun to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about the food we were trying & we loved learning about all the fish he would serve us. All the chefs were kind & easy to talk to. We loved the vibes. & of course the food & cocktails were EXCELLENT. We came for our anniversary for the first time & we are so excited to come back!
