PLEASE NOTE: Our Omakase experience is centered around a curation of the freshest fish and seafood. As such, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies, gluten-free nor vegan/vegetarian diets.SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant.
