Craftsmanship at its finest is displayed at Sushi Noz, where guests experience our seasonal omakase menu curated nightly by Chef Nozomu Abe. Known as "Noz" to his friends, Abe-san is part of a movement from Japan advancing Edomae-style sushi, incorporating aging and preparation techniques that date back to Japan's Edo period. Upon entering the restaurant, guests are transported by the Sukiya-style wooden interior, which was assembled using more than a dozen types of cedar. The centerpiece of our first dining room is our 8-seat, 200-year-old hinoki wood sushi bar and traditional ice chest, where Chef Noz refrigerates the evening's neta selections. Our second dining room features a sushi bar made from tamo ash wood, which accommodates an additional 6 guests. The services are great, very polite and professional. Due to our diet, we asked to change the menu a bit, and the chef was able to accommodate without additional charges. Told us the price when going over the specials ( very few restaurants do so). The food is very good, Oyster is the best I have had for while. Fish was done just right with lots of flavors. My husband had steak and was very happy with it. We also had three appetizers, they are all very delicious! This is our new favorite restaurant!!

Our experience with Nobu was beyond exceptional, as always! The food was incredibly delicious , staff attention was impeccable and the ambiance was perfect. Nobu will forever be in our hearts as one of our favorite restaurants to go to, especially a must for truly special occasions!!
