The wine, appetizers and sides were great - it was the steak that was surprisingly disappointing. Two of us ordered the signature barrel cut filet, and the other the wet-aged ribeye. The ribeye was cooked to order, but appeared a little on the dry side. Both filets were undercooked - both were rare to extra rare and were ordered medium rare plus and medium plus.
