The furnace reaches temperatures of over 300 degrees Celsius so the produce is seared and smoked in seconds, making sure the flavour sings on your palate, and not on the plate.The restaurant boasts a beautiful, seated island bar, a peephole into the working kitchen and covers for over 100 guests. For example, we use traditional European ingredients such as croissants to create sushi and pasta to create Japanese dishes. We use the fresh Japanese wagyu beef for our starters and sushi, and we also use the Japanese techniques of curing local fish of Europe - using kombu seaweed - to bring out the best of the ingredients. We were celebrating a special occasion and I’d asked for a nice table and was lucky enough to get one. We were then served a glass of Prosecco to mark it. That was a nice touch. Food and service brilliant and not overly priced. Great restaurant.

Great food, quick service. If you like modern sushi and sashimi they have a great selection. Could do with some cocktails and didn’t have non-alcoholic drinks for adults.
