After five years of perseverance and experimentation in Downtown, LA, we opened our second location in beautiful Old Town Pasadena.     I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eigikutei, and it was a wonderful experience. The food presentation is nothing short of artful—each dish is plated with such elegance and care that it’s almost too beautiful to eat. The ingredients are impeccably fresh, with flavors that highlight the quality and thoughtfulness behind every creation. The staff is equally impressive, offering courteous and attentive service that made me feel truly welcomed. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for an exceptional dining experience, Eigikutei is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!

    The service was a little slow, but all the employees were running around like crazy trying to take care of everyone so maybe short staffed. Pretty good sushi, and pretty good views. We sat outside, but the radiant heaters kept it warm enough even in December. It seems like an Instagram restaurant to me: Most of the people were just there to post photos for their friends to see. The unagi nigiri was definitely the best thing we ordered. The Yuzu cake was great too.

    Our services was great. Server was extremely kind and the food tasted amazing and came out very quickly. Our seating area was a bit cramped but the overall aesthetic and atmosphere of the place wasn’t ruined. Would eat here again 100%

    10s across the board: great service and atmosphere, incredible food, nice upkeep. Seared tuna crispy rice, yams, black cod, and uni pasta were our faves. First time my date has been to Mrs. Fish; she loved it.
