Submitting a review to commend the host team on Saturday, January 4. Competent, confident, and creative. I know I’m not the only customer who felt the same way. I should have gotten her name, but all restaurants should have a team leader who knows how to roll with the punches and is willing to take calculated risks to satisfy the maximum amount of customers. Well done.

We’ve been to the Oakbrook location before and also loved it. But had an amazing experience at the Chicago location, our waiter was so great, he was so helpful with making all of our decisions on what to get and really made the experience that much more great. We started with edamame, the chicken skewers and pork belly - all fantastic, recommend them all. Then ordered the black cod and we each got spicy tuna rolls - absolutely amazing. Then proceeded to order the New York strip, followed by the lamb chops - 10/10 for both. I’m not usually a lamb person, but it was so tender, flavorful and delicious. We ended with the chocolate lava cake - perfection. I would go back here in a heartbeat, and hopefully have the same waiter again! The food is on the higher end with price, but absolutely worth it, no doubt.

Had an amazing experience at Shaw’s. Our server was attentive and made it a great experience. The food was delicious- steak cooked to perfection and amazing drinks (highly recommend the oyster shooter for a fun little drink). The manager came out and was so kind. Amazing place!

Both food and service were spectacular, we enjoyed our time here. We did however find the choice in music to be odd; Peanut Butter Jelly by Galantis and similar music played very loudly didn’t really fit the atmosphere.

Fantastic experience! Food and atmosphere was outstanding. Definitely will be back.
