Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of minimalism, the interior of Nomiya is split between a hickory-accented bar and windowed dining room framed by black granite walls. Guests can pair their meal with one of the eleven premium bottles of sake listed on the menu, such as the unfiltered, cream-colored Yuki Tora Snow Tiger nigori or bright, effervescent Uka Junmai Daiginjo; or opt for a refreshing cocktail made with soju – the national drink of Korea which is commonly distilled from potato. Went early for a post-thanksgiving family dinner with an infant and toddler. Server could not have been more attentive. Everyone liked their food. Special sushi roll was large enough for 2-3 to share. Fries are the best anywhere. Steak was dry aged prime with real beefy flavor. Salmon was moist with crisp skin. Even burger was huge and cooked right.
