Ordered the lunch Yaki Udon with salmon, scallops, and shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly and the meal portion was just right. The lychee passion fruit soda was also very refreshing and not too sweet.

Amazing food, friendly service, great prices. Highly recommend. Would definitely go back.

The vibes are always immaculate at this spot. Food is tasty, waitstaff are friendly, and service is always top-notch. This time, we had their omakase and let me tell you - worth every dollar. The sushi rice? Perfectly seasoned. The fish? Expertly prepared. So good, we ordered some of the omakase courses twice. They also have an extensive list of sake on hand. If this is your first time, make sure to get their sake flight. The waitstaff are very knowledgeable in sake so don’t be shy to ask for a rec. Besides the omakase, we ordered monkfish liver (ankimo) at the recommendation of our server to complement the sake we were having. Exceptional pairing. 5/5 would order again. They also have a chalkboard listing the fresh fish from Toyosu market available that day. Always worth a try.

Pabu continues to be my go-to restaurant when entertaining out-of-town guests. My friends from New York and Los Angeles were just as impressed with their dining experience. The food, the service, and the ambience were all world class!
