Now, the torches have been handed to a new head chef and owner, the next generation to carry the torches of tradition and exquisite flavor, with the new name of TENSHO. Trained in traditional Japanese cookery, this 23 year veteran chef is on his way to introducing a new wave of Japanese delicacies to the States. As close as you can get to Japan itself, this chef brings his revisioned menu, with patron favorites, and extensive sake list. The desert and a la carte menu is designed by their French trained chef. The wagyu beef is of A5 rank.  The seafood, carefully selected to be of highest quality. Food that is not only delicious but also good for the health.

    Our fare consisted of the Cod, Short Ribs, Shrimp and Steak Skewers, Chicken Meatballs, and the Sorbet Trio for dessert. Every morsel was taste and delightful to the palate. The prices were reasonable. The waiters were very pleasant and attentive. The ambiance, multiple seating levels, and ceiling aquarium visually pleasing. Valet parking convenient and only $14 bucks. The restroom clean and the circular black 45 spindle adapter walls were unique. Only disappointment was you only get 3 Skewers so if you are dinning with someone you have to resort to rock-paper-scissor to see who will get the 3rd delicious Skewer-maybe should offer at least 4. Also be careful ascending the stairs to the restaurant they are very steep. Overall a wonderful dinning experience and I highly recommend it (Thanks TikTok).

    The service was a little slow, but all the employees were running around like crazy trying to take care of everyone so maybe short staffed. Pretty good sushi, and pretty good views. We sat outside, but the radiant heaters kept it warm enough even in December. It seems like an Instagram restaurant to me: Most of the people were just there to post photos for their friends to see. The unagi nigiri was definitely the best thing we ordered. The Yuzu cake was great too.
