Sushi By Bou is an intimate and timed speakeasy experience featuring a traditional Sushi Omakase or chef's choice. Choose between our classic 12-course menu or get Bougie with our 17-course experience.Our Midtown location, inside of 1225 RAW, is an homage to 1977, decked out with velvet booths, a dazzling collection of mirror balls, and a black-and-white gallery of iconic moments from the legendary disco era.
