Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Was greeted promptly and seated right away. Different seating arrangements. The room was dimly lit. Could have used a little more light. The server was very professional and prompt. The menu had many choices. The price is slightly higher but probably typical for that level of service and restaurant. We were going to a Raps game and wanted to enjoy a restaurant with a higher star review. This place was great. I would recommend it.

Please please pls bring back absolute favourite dishes like the udon carbonara, ikipiri and vindara (crispy miso cod). They are why I like to go back time and again the last 10+ yrs. Oh also, the front room is cold, could use more heating. Huge thx!
