Ember Yard is the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and has been influenced by our travels around Spain and Italy and their methods of cooking over charcoal and wood.We commissioned and custom built a bespoke, Basque-style grill and sourced some amazing single species sustainable charcoal and wood from Kent to cook with. First time to Salt Yard and it didn't disappoint. Booked quite last minute (from the Michelin Guide), we asked for a quiet, private table and we had a lovely table downstairs. The food is amazing - contemporary tapas with a great variety for meat & fish eaters, as well as vegetarian / vegan. The croquetas are to die for... i could have just eaten those alone! Great service from a friendly team and the food came out in a timely manner - sometimes with tapas it is too rushed but this meant we had a lovely evening and could enjoy each dish. Leave room for churros!!!

Fabulous food. I recommend the steak and the prawns. everything is fabulous to be fair. We had the same menu which was perfect. I love not having to make decisions. The vino Verde was a delicious wine for an afternoon late lunch. Service was very pleasing as well.
