Muro was born out of a deep love for Spanish cuisine and a passion for sharing the vibrant culture of Spain with the people of London. Founded in 2024, our journey began with a simple idea: to recreate the lively and communal dining experience of traditional Spanish tapas bars, right here in the heart of the city.Inspired by the sights, sounds, and flavours of Spain’s bustling food markets and intimate taverns, Muro is more than just a restaurant – it’s a celebration of togetherness. Tapas, with its small plates and rich variety, encourages sharing and conversation, bringing people closer with every dish. We wanted to take that same spirit and create a space where locals and visitors alike could come together, share a meal, and enjoy an unforgettable culinary journey.

Ember Yard is the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and has been influenced by our travels around Spain and Italy and their methods of cooking over charcoal and wood.We commissioned and custom built a bespoke, Basque-style grill and sourced some amazing single species sustainable charcoal and wood from Kent to cook with. We use only the finest seasonal produce, and introduce – as has become our style – our spin on flavours of Spain and Italy.Ember Yard is located in the heart of Soho and is a lovely two storey restaurant and bar, with an open plan kitchen on the ground floor and a cool and cosy bar on the lower ground floor.     Had very pleasant evening at Pashamana. All of the dishes were excellent, with the exception of the spare ribs which were overly greasy. The octopus was the most tender I’ve ever tasted, aubergine was full of flavour, sea bass ceviche excellent. Margaritas were great. I’d like to see more South American wine on the menu, quite a lot of French and Italian, although the Aussie cab sauv we had was very nice. Atmosphere is buzzy without being too loud. Overall excellent, will return.

    This is our new fave place in London! We were here visiting from Los Angeles and happen to come across this restaurant on this site and fell absolutely in love. The vibe/ambience is charming and adorable. It’s very quaint and cozy, filled with the most charismatic and magical decor and they made it even more sweet with all the festive decor for the holidays. The food is truly outstanding, whether you’re vegan or a carnivore, there’s something for us all. The croquetas were my fave but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the items. Everything was so flavorful and top notch. The service was stellar and everyone felt like family. We loved it so much we went back two nights in a row! Everyone was amazing with our dog also which is our favorite thing as she travels with us everywhere and is our heart and soul. Thank you Frame for being our new place we think about often and long to come back to as a new home away from home! 🌟🥟🍷🥰✨💫🪄

    My visit to hispania was absolutely memorable. The ambience was absolutely lovely—intimate, and perfect for a special occasion . Took my friend to hispania to celebrate his birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The squid ink, gambas, and cheesecake were absolutely to die for. To top it off, we were greeted with complimentary champagne at the start, which was such a thoughtful and celebratory touch.
