We had a guest visiting from the UK and took them out to Vela and they were thoroughly impressed with the food and experience too. The only thing I would recommend is to space the meals out as they come out so quickly after starters and your meal ends up finishing with the hour when you have 1.5 hours. This time we requested for the mains to wait for at least 15-20 minutes after starters which Vela kindly accommodated, and we had a wonderful evening, and it didn’t feel rushed! We were asked to use QR codes and had limited interactions with waiting staff so the rating is only 3 for service (which is still “good”). Food was fabulous as always.
