Located on Chelsea’s Park Walk, HUŎ opened summer 2021 to critical acclaim. Showcasing a unique blend of clean, fresh and healthy Asian food, dishes on Head Chef Yam Bahaeur Gurumg’s menu are all prepared from scratch using traditional Chinese, Thai, Malay and Singaporean disciplines. Ideally loacted between Fulham and Parsons Green, Sukho is a traditional Thai restaurant ever popular with the SW6 locals. The dark wood and gold signage and pots of bamboo flanking the entrance are easily spotted – you’re drawn in by a warm welcome from traditionally dressed staff and the promise of a tasteful and comfortable interior. The immaculately laid out dining room is decorated in earth tones, which compliment the antique-looking Thai artefacts, silk panels and leather banquettes. In the Royal Lancaster Hotel, the Nipa Thai restaurant has been named after the original Nipa Restaurant in the Landmark Hotel in Bangkok. Lots of teak panelling, traditional Thai furnishings and artefacts lend an authentic air. All the staff dressed in traditional Thai costume are from Thailand - even the lady chefs. This authentic Thai restaurant is one of the first 15 recipients of the 'Thai Select' award - this award has been described as being the first ever Michelin-style award for Thai restaurants proven to be performing to the highest standards of quality and cuisine, and is awarded by the Thai Government. We think this award sums up Nipa Thai rather nicely. What's cooking? Kai Haw Bai Toey - deep fried marinated chicken in pandanus leaves, Kaeng Kiew Warn Kai - chicken in green curry soup, also recommended the Nipa platter - a selection of the chef's special Thai starters.

Amazing food. My only comment would be that all the mains apart from maybe one or two were fake meat which I find weird as I don’t want to eat fake meat so more options without fake meat would be good. Really delicious though so I would definitely go back.

Four of us had an absolutely wonderful lunch . It was a birthday celebration. The service was excellent. The food was good. I will definitely return and recommend this restaurant
