Straightforward Turkish specialties, always robust and authentic, in a vibrant neighborhood place with an attractive waitstaff. Service is done with flair and since a recent renovation the setting is quite glamorous. It's large, so although it's busy you can usually get a table at short notice. Definitely my go-to spot!

Fun restaurant. I went there first 13 years ago when The NY Times wrote it up as one of Ny’s gems - a great review. It has only gotten better.
