Jam Delish is an independent family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant and cocktail bar in Angel, Islington. Lovely staff and unbelievably good food. The hummus is a fab starter, and we all had the mushroom pie which was delicious. Oh, and excellent cocktails. Do go, even if you aren't vegan, you will love it.

Superb food, great staff and excellent value. The arrival for a 6.45pm booking was a bit chaotic with lots of us having to queue & wait outside, but once inside service was restored. Food is wonderfully tasty & interesting.

The food is just sublime. Really outstanding and unforgettable. And the drinks - I tried both the wines and the non-alcoholic selections - are excellently chosen, and the menus are expertly put together. The space is small in a cosy way, retaining the understated charm of an old London property. The acoustics are excellent, so even if everyone is chatting away it feels quiet. Soft music fills the air non-intrusively. The service, of course, impeccable. All in all, this is a gem of a place. I foresee many more visits.
