Phenomenal experience celebrating a special occasion. The meal was memorable and incredible! And not all of us are vegan!

Had a nice lunch with an old friend on a Friday. They had a reasonably-priced lunch menu. The food was delicious; the service was excellent, and the ambience and the noise level was conducive to conversation. Highly recommended if you like Indian food.

Omg nothing bad to say about this place AT ALL. Service was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I have tree nut allergies and my server knew exactly what dishes to recommend and those that can be modified. The interiors are warm and welcoming. AND the food- cooked to perfect with great tastes down to the very last bite. If you are looking for a thoughtful healthy vegan culinary experience that isn’t just overcooked vegetables or uninventive vegetarian “options” add this must have restaurant to your list!

We have eaten at PLANTA multiple times and have always found it to be superb. We have also taken non-vegans there many times with fabulous results. We ate at the Bethesda location this past weekend with some long-term friends who wanted to try an all vegan restaurant. They could not stop glowing about it. We ordered multiple things off of each part of the menu and shared all of them. Each item was given a five star review which could be expected in my opinion. I really want to take them back for the brunch though because I cannot get that French toast out of my head.
