Scarpetta’s name is derived from the familial gesture “Fare la Scarpetta!” an Italian expression that describes the gesture of taking the little boot-shaped piece of bread to soak of the remaining sauce left in the pot of one’s home kitchen. We represent the indulgent pleasure of savoring a meal down to its very last taste! The ambiance can be described as lightly understated. With an elegant approach to design all while simultaneously creating a chic, inviting, and inspiring environment. We have one of the best viewpoints at the Cosmopolitan that overlooks the Las Vegas strip, facing towards the Bellagio fountains. In March of 2013 renowned vegan Chef Tal Ronnen opened Crossroads at the corner of Melrose and Sweetzer in Los Angeles. We are proud to serve mouthwatering Mediterranean meals in a refined environment. Crossroads is not what people picture when they think of a vegan restaurant. Now in May 2022 we've brought that same flavor and quality cuisine to Las Vegas.With upscale décor and lighting, we continue our passion for plant based dining with a full bar and inspired cocktail program.     Absolutely the best meal and culinary experience my husband and I have ever had! Oysters were killer, foie gras was impeccable, and the chocolate bomb exploded with decadence! Fredric, the sommelier, gave us ultra-personal attention and understood my pallet immediately. Only problems: mandated 4-course menu and price. We’ll head there, first thing, when we return to Vegas!

    We were so excited to visit Hell's Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! The location is spectacular and the restaurant was pristine. Our view was the incredible fountains of Caesars Palace. Such a fun, exciting dining experience. John was our server and he went above and beyond! I have a very dangerous allergy to milk protein and he asked us right away if we had any food allergies he should know about. He let me know that there was dairy in 2 of the items we were ordering. (they were for my teen) I thought that was so special. Food allergies are so embarrassing, I really appreciated the care John took! His server assistant was professional, and friendly. The restaurant was packed and you would never have known that by the way our table was taken care of. Well done. We're Vegas locals, so we're fortunate to have a lot of great dining choices. This was one of the best meals we've ever had. Highly recommend Hell's Kitchen. You made our Christmas Eve very special and memorable. Thank you.

    Food was delicious and presented well. Service was courteous and very attentive. We were seated with excellent view of the Bellagio fountain. Price is $$$$, as expected, and worth it. Definitely will come back
