Food was incredible but portions were tiny! I paid £24 for the lamb which was diving but only had 4 small slices. If you’re going to go be prepared to spend a lot as you’ll need more than one main.

Great food and service. We had less time to spend due to some meetings, but the food was brought to us quickly and service was great.

Food overall was good. The Welsh rarebit for starters was good as was the roast for mains, although it could have more gravy, which wasn’t a problem when we asked for more. Service and attention to detail could be better. They forgot two of our starters which they apologised and deducted our starters from the bill. Water carafe and wine was neglected, which should be automatically topped up. Plus I asked for the heating to be turned on otherwise we would’ve kept our coats on. If they can refine those small details, then it would deserve 5 stars.

One of the best restaurants we have ever been too. The food was all amazing. The service was fantastic. In a group of 6, the food came out in good intervals so we never felt rushed. Mixture of tasting menu and a la carte, and everything was so nice. A hidden gem of a place

Spectacular brunch, four of us sharing. Wanted everything - ended up having several things twice. Vietnamese eggs splendid, the breadMac (“Return of the Mac”) a work of genius and the banana ‘pancake’ banging. Thanks so much!
