Elizabeth's offers an extraordinary dining experience every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. We merge our gorgeous venue with a prix fixe Vegan Tasting Menu at $110 per person. Elizabeth's is a destination for special occasions and adventurous cuisine.Our sommelier curates a pairing of wines and beverages sourced from around the world at an additional $85 per person. We also offer a non-alcoholic beverage pairing comprised of non-alcoholic wines, mocktails, and infusions for $65 per person.Fully raw menus are not available. A luxurious experience with a delicious and innovative menu. As a vegan, my husband especially appreciated the creativity to bring “seafood” to the fore. The caviar plate delighted us with the combination of pickled shallots, capers,fresh herbs and the surprisingly decadent finger lime crème fraiche. Each dish was beautifully composed and well balanced, highlighting very unique ingredients: chiogga beets, Okinawa sweet potatoes, kinome leaf, tamarillos. Wine pairings were perfect. Hope we come back to DC soon so we can experience the changing menu.

We did a 14 course vegan tasting menu. The presentation and explanation were interesting and welcoming. Every new plate was an exciting innovation of familiar flavors in ways we had not seen before. Highly recommended to all who enjoy food in all facets, like taste, presentation, and story!
