Named for an endearing Vietnamese phrase shared between friends and family, Di An Di translates to “let’s go eat” and specializes in modern Vietnamese fare. Owned and operated by first-generation Vietnamese-Americans, the cuisine is rooted in tradition with a focus on innovation, led by Executive Chef Caroline Hahm. The restaurant's signature dish, Pho Thin Hanoi, is a northern-style pho that captures the essence of Vietnamese flavors. Di An Di has been recognized by the Michelin guide and is located near Transmitter Park in Greenpoint. Falansai ("fuh-lan-sigh") is a Vietnamese-Mexican restaurant by chef Eric Tran located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Just past historical warehouses and vintage clothing shops, you will discover the unique approach to elevated fusion where distinctive Vietnamese and Mexican flavors are artfully remixed with the best seasonal ingredients, while good vibes pulse in the background.Explore our signature Super and Classic Dac Biet dinner menus or dive into some of our celebrated dishes from the A La Carte options.Falansai was established in 2013, and reimagined in 2020. Henry Trieu originally opened Falansai in 2013 and named the restaurant for his father's pronunciation of the word "français." Henry closed the restaurant in early 2020 and sold it to Chef Eric Tran. Falansai "2.0" was reimagined in November of 2020. As a Vietnamese-Mexican and American from Chi-Town (and now New Yorker), diners can expect the unexpected from Eric's cooking.
