Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra. We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef. We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

Four key pieces separate us from a traditional steakhouse.1) We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. Happy cattle make for better steaks. 2) We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.3) We use an 1800o Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. Our grill stays at very consistent high heat versus a traditional open flame grill. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.4) Our décor is warm and modern.     As mentioned on a previous post by another reviewer, not crazy about the surcharge prior to booking, however, there is a rationale. This is one of the most unique experiences I’ve ever had with food service. Great ambience and interaction by all staff. They really know the food and the taste of the food. More importantly, they are clearly educated about the food contents and taste, which demonstrates how much care and detail goes into their efforts. Five star service. The Brussel sprouts have to be tasted, and with the menu changing daily, it’s hard to describe how good the beets and Brie appetizer was in writing. My wife and I just discussed ordering four appetizers as our next meal, one at a time for the full flavour profile experience. Highly recommend. Will be back.

    One of the very few places in Calgary to have met a mark for amazing service and ambience. Food was amazing, they had deals and we definitely didn’t break our bank going there.
