Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. Husband & wife team Vincent Stipo and Chloé Grigri are the power couple behind the newest Rittenhouse bar à vins, Superfolie. Both have long-standing experience in hospitality, with Grigri owning and operating The Good King Tavern and le Caveau, alongside her father, Bernard Grigri. Stipo moved to Philadelphia in 2012 to open acclaimed restaurant Vernick Food & Drink, and now is a real estate and hospitality consulting in the downtown market.     The food was absolutely delicious and our server Aden provided us an exceptional experience! Her attention to detail and recommendations were on point and greatly appreciated. From drinks to dessert, every bite and sip was a delight!

    Every dish was a masterpiece. To start, we had the bacon wrapped dates (my server insisted that I'd love them although I'm not a dates fan), which was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. They were incredibly delicious. TheLolly Pop Lamb Chops was the highlight of the meal—cooked to perfection, with each bite better than the last. The flavors were bold and fresh, showcasing the chef's commitment to quality ingredients and expert preparation. We had a recommended Spanish wine that was also incredible. The service was attentive and also terrific. Great dining experience at Amada. BTW, I've been there before and insist that lamb lolly pops are best in Philly
