Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food and birthday and anniversary surprise desserts were outstanding. I suppose it was a busy night as when I ordered my wine. It arrived 20 minutes later and I was already halfway through dinner. That was my only complaint. Nobody beats the food. Filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the lobster tail as well. Brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, and sauté mushrooms were fantastic. Noise level a bit too loud for easy conversation but that would be expected on a busy Saturday night!

    Love this restaurant! The staff are always so welcoming and accommodating! Ed & Jose took care of every detail and were kind and attentive. Food was delicious and exactly what we ordered. Ambience was great- not too loud and not too quiet. We will definitely dine here again!

    Married to an Italian who missed grandma’s feast of the seven fishes. Finally found a restaurant close to home that served it on Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint! 10/10 absolutely amazing! While a 3 hour dinner isn’t for everyone, it’s truly an experience! Service was outstanding, food was incredible, overall fantastic! Will definitely be back before next Christmas. Sarah was perfect! And the 2 managers we interacted with (by choice to share the positive) were so hospitable. Great job by all!

    Planning a party from out of town is no picnic. From start to finish, we encountered graciousness, professionalism & flexibility and in the end we had a FABULOUS event. Delicious food, lovely wines, perfect amount of care from service. Extra shout out to Ariel for helping us plan and Ian for serving us so well. The birthday tiramisu was BEYOND! Thank you!!! Highest possible recommendation.

    The whole experience was incredible! The fantastic staff was so welcoming. Our server Tlijah was very attentive and very personable! The managing partner George even stopped by and was very friendly! The food was fantastic! The whole team made this a wonderful experience we will definitely be back!
