Relax and soak in the views while seated either Indoors or on our Front Lawn and taste through some of our Best Wines & Food Pairings, curated by Executive Chef John Locher and his team. Located in the Heart of Sonoma Valley, Loxton Cellars is a working winery surrounded by 5 acres of estate vineyard. It is the intent of owner/winemaker, Chris Loxton, to produce handcrafted wines, made without compromise, that show balance and a sense of place. Wine tastings (no food) are currently offered by reservation and take place outdoors allowing guests to enjoy a lineup of handcrafted wines while taking in breathtaking views of the Mayacamas mountain range. Tastings are $20/person, include a flight of 5 wines and offer a casual and educational experience. In the event of rain we do have you covered, but it can be a bit chilly this time of year so we suggest bringing layers. While we do not sell or serve food, you are welcome to bring snacks or lunch to enjoy in the picnic area. If you do not see the time you are looking for available give us a call at 707-935-7221 and we may be able to accommodate.

    Nice cafe with very good food & service. Wine list was too expensive for food prices. Chardonnay $68/ bottle. Our waitress came to the table to show us 2 special wines- one was over $200! Overall we were happy & will return. But we’ll bring our own wine…

    Linda, listen. If you remotely like yourself, you'll treat you and your love to an amazing experience and atmosphere provided by the one and only Chef John and VJ. Celebrating our 3 month anniversary could not have been more perfectly.paired with the experience they provide. See what I did there? This spring menu of food pairings with their award winning wines will have you calling all your favorite humans to come and experience it for themselves. If you're within 2 hours of San Francisco at anytime.... book a good and wine pairing. And yes. You can call me Maui, because, you're so welcome.

    Owner Heidi and her staff took amazing care of us! Beautiful spot, chic atmosphere, perfectly decorated warm and cozy private room, amazing cocktails, great wine and enjoyed our dinner!

    Excellent wines, affordable prices, and fantastic staff. The experience at Loxton is what a tasting should be. Knowledgeable and passionate people who want to share their love of wine. It’s a great place to visit if you value personalized attention and a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Top notch wines that are as good as (or better than) wines that are significantly more expensive.
