Our ingredients are carefully sourced from the best suppliers and many of our dishes are made with speciality Denominazione di Origine Protetta (DOP) foods direct from Italy.As well as sourcing the best Italian ingredients, we’ve also developed our own special pizza base recipe. my first time having Sapore Vero at the restaurant. I work at a venue where they're on our suppliers list and have had them there (amazing!) It was great experiencing the restaurant though, the waiters and ambience were great and the pizza was next level! Would recommend to a friend, and go again!

Justina and Gareth are great hosts and take a lot of trouble to explain their cheese and wine selection. They know the origin of each cheese and they have visited most of their producers and have a great understanding and depth of knowledge regarding the taste of each cheese,and the appropriate wine pairings!
