I’d be nitpicking with this comment - the only area for improvement is attention to detail when it comes to execution of dining. For example, eating a lechon with rice on a small bowl was challenging. Or serving sharing plates without providing a serving spoon. Or giving us the bill without asking if we’re done earting (I was wanting to get another drink actually!) As a Filipino, these are things that are innnate to our everyday dining and hospitality and not to be missed! Otherwise, A+++++++ food experience. Would have loved to see the option to have something Coravined and offered by the glass or carafe - or maybe at least offer some 375s?
