We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

Bandido is a space focused on wood-fired cooking, quality bread and coffee, and one of the personal tastes of its chef, Fabián Acuña, music.This concept has a high-fidelity vinyl bar where the selection is sometimes curated by the chef himself and other times by guest selectors.
