Located on First and Main in the heart of downtown Napa and housed in an historic 1880’s building, the Bounty Hunter Wine Bar & Smokin’ BBQ has been voted “Best Wine Bar in Napa Valley” for years running. The old-West themed Wine Bar features an incredible wine list, over 40 wines by the glass with tasting flights, artisan beers, and a full lunch and dinner menu created by Chef Mark Johnston. The Beef brisket, Pulled pork, and our signature Beer can chicken are the best in the West! Napa Valley Bistro was opened in 2013 by chefs Bernardo Ayala and Ernesto Martinez, (also co-owner of Market in St. Helena). Their friendship and working relationship, which has lasted over 20 years was so successful, they decided to pool their resources and stake a claim in downtown Napa's expanding culinary scene. Their aim was to create their own version of classic world cuisine in a comfortable space where family and community could gather for any occasion. The twist is evident in the menus, which sample fare from around the globe. Had a nice time at their Winemaker's Dinner with Joel Gott Winery! The winemaker that hosted was very personal and always made sure everyone's glasses were full! Food was exceptionally prepared and hot and fresh. Definitely a local gem!

The staff was helpful and understanding when my sister was 20 minutes late. They checked in with us during the meal to ensure we were doing ok. They were polite and professional.
