Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food! The wine! The cozy "city" vibe. Salumi is always great. The best vegetable dishes I've ever had in my life and so many other unique and delicious choices. From boards to tapas to brunch to larger plates everything is always fantastic. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the wine and drink choices are plentiful and top notch. I'd recommend Salumi to anyone who'd listen.

    I ordered the Lunch pairing of chicken pesto flatbread and was served a large bowl of mushroom soup. The flatbread was light and flavorful and the mushroom soup was tasty. My friend ordered the large portioned mahi tuna salad which she enjoyed.The key lime shot was the perfect ending to a delicious lunch. We were seated timely and the service was excellent!

    My husband and I had a great experience dining with 2spring! Our waitress was lovely and so was the other waitstaff! We had the bone marrow to start, which I would also recommend getting something else with that which we should have gotten. I had the Caesar salad with shrimp (anchovy snuck in there as well) which was fabulous. My husband had the burger. Overall really great for brunch - we are coming back!
