Food and service was outstanding! Can’t wait to go Back!

Food was very well prepared. The chicken parmigiana was delicious, and requests for alteration of some entrees were honored. My daughter -in-law ordered the pasta special, a mixture of gnocchi and meat in a tomato based sauce which she enjoyed very much. The only disappointing dish was the salmon, which was a bit dry and had some salty condiments combined with raisins as a garnish.

Dining at the capital Grille is always a great experience. Dragos was once again our waiter. He is charming, knowledgeable, professional, and adds an air of friendly camaraderie whenever we return. Bravo Dragos! 😘

The service was great as well as the staff. If our waiter was busy another stepped in to assist! They were attentive and very personable! Great food, service, ambiance and reasonably priced. We will be back
