I frequently visit Cooper’s Hawk in Sarasota almost every weekend with my fiancée and sister In law, and I can’t recommend it enough, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Shelley and Anthony. They truly elevate the experience with their attentiveness and care. Shelley, in particular, went above and beyond by explaining the wine club membership in such a thorough and engaging way—because of her, we’re now proud members! Anthony is equally fantastic—always with a friendly smile, quick to offer recommendations, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Every time we visit, the food is consistently excellent, and we always leave satisfied. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, this place always delivers. I rate it on a 5-boom meter, and this visit definitely earns the full 5 booms!

Bavaro's of Sarasota is absolutely the best of the best - our every Friday night dining feast. From their authentic wood-fired Pizza Napolitana, to a wide array of uniquely prepared appetizers and main dishes, they are sure to satisfy every craving. Be sure to save room for dessert where you will enjoy delicious cannolis made from scratch in their own kitchen, along with gelato and more, and the best espresso anywhere for a smooth and satisfying finish. Enjoy indoor or covered patio dining where the weekly music provides a perfect setting to relax, eat and enjoy.

All 7 of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Brandon was our server and took excellent care of us. It was a monthly teacher outing and we chose to come back after our 1st great experience!

I have been to this location several times and I am pleased to report they are consistently outstanding in terms of food, service and providing a great overall dining experience. Dinners have been great, but today I enjoyed the lunch menu. Our server was Susie and she did a great job! I’ll add that in my numerous visits a number of other servers provided outstanding service. Servers are attentive and also do a great job of supporting each other and acting as a customer service ‘team.’ From the hostess to the Manager, the kitchen staff and the servers, you’ll find a commitment to excellence at the Capital Grille ~ Sarasota.
