Merimbula oysters were fresh and delicious. Tarama, true to the original recipe. Highlight for me was the horta, spinach and chips. Traditional Greek food and a great range of cocktails and wines. The Splice cocktail is AHHH-mazing – legit tasted like the ice cream! I also had the 250g eye fillet and wedge salad with thick-cut bacon, and wow, it was absolutely delicious.
