Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. Top tier baristas. An elegance that is reminiscent of The Great Gatsby. A price point that is for everyone. I first visited Fellini as a tourist and it was in my top 5 highlights of the trip. Now I live in NYC and I bring all my local and out-of-town friends. I also go on my own because the atmosphere is so uplifting! Small touches that make a huge effect, crystal cut water carafes, glittering gold chandeliers, rich red accents. Go for divine coffee and stay for the classy vibe.
