We offer unique blends, crisp whites, and amazing award-winning wines from the Santa Ynez Valley. Enjoy our artisan popcorn. A “hip” modern industrial luxury vibe that is a cross between a New York “Soho” music venue and a beautiful “Napa Valley” tasting lounge. Hang outside and soak in the warm sun and relax in the cool breezes or step up to the bar for a glass of the good stuff. We offer live Jazz and Blues music on most weekends and an inviting lounge-like atmosphere with a patio. If you love art, wine, and great service... then stop by to be amazed."

Imagine... Tasting our wonderful Whites and our Big Red Oaked Age Wines. All our Reds are aged 2-6 years in new oak. You will be served by either Ross Jay Rankin the winemaker/owner or LynDee Rankin owner. We have been in business making aged wines for over 20 years. Our winery experience is unique and intimate and unlike any other. Ross is famous for his award winning gold and double gold medal wines and for his ability to regal you with his stories of life and winemaking. Enjoy our new outdoor seating with sun cover, fire pits and heaters. Our current offering is: French Colombard, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Barbera, '09 Paradise Mountain Syrah, Vin Fortifie Syrah (port style).

    Their lineup of wines was vast with over 25 varietals, and those were just the ones we saw. There was not a dud in the entire group. All were well worth drinking. However the price points were way too high, compared to similar wine quality from other wine tasting rooms in Los Olivos, Buellton and Santa Ynez. If they dropped their prices about 25 percent, this would be a gem in Solvang.

    We had a lovely experience at Tierra y Vino! It’s our second time visiting and we cannot wait to return back! Our host was so knowledgeable and welcoming. We wanted a little reprieve from the busy city, enjoy some great wine and Tierra y Vino delivered.
