The Restaurant is located on site at Mount Palomar Winery, just across the patio from our wine cave, the Cava di Vino. Our restaurant serves an American fusion dining menu and is one of the few full service sports bars in Temecula wine country. We offer a small selection of craft cocktails made with house-made syrups and freshly-squeezed juice. The Restaurant at Mount Palomar also offers local beer varieties on tap and all of your favorite Mount Palomar Wines.

The Cave Café offers indoor and outdoor dining. Enjoy the enchanting ambiance of dining inside the cave or outdoor dining overlooking the majestic views of the De Portola Wine Trail. Our friendly, approachable, and extremely informed staff will make your dining and wine tasting experience unforgettable. Our Cave Café welcomes diners Sunday - Thursday, between 11am to 6pm and Friday - Saturday, between 11am to 8pm. Reservations are not required but highly recommend during the weekends. We can comfortably accommodate parties with up to 8 guests in the restaurant. At Oak Mountain Winery, tucked away from the De Portola Wine Trails, is where you'll find the 36522 Distillery. The undiscovered jewel of Temecula, California, is our Distillery. You can either celebrate a milestone or escape from everyday life here, but either way, you'll get a refined, traditional experience. To create the finest spirits, our mixologists look for outstanding ingredients, combine traditional methods, and handcraft everything from scratch. Whiskey, Rum, Bourbon, Agave, and Gin are among the featured selections.Reservations are advised as we soon fill up with other cocktail enthusiasts. No pets are allowed; this is a bar for adults 21 and older.

    We love this restaurant, the quaint atmosphere is wonderful, each table is so private and the service is impeccable. The food is different and amazing. Quinton our waiter was engaging, on point with recommendations and very attentive. Highly recommend this winery. Make sure to have reservations.

    Great change of pace from the typical Temecula Wine experience. Cool vibe. Get the Revolver - single malt, coffee liqueur, orange. Strange combo, right? One of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while! We had an excellent salad and hummus plate. Definitely will stop in again.

    This was our first time at Bolero for a pre-Valentine meal. The experience was excellent! We ordered the Gambas Al Ajillo and their Tosta De Raso De Toro for our tapas and the small order of the Paella De Bolero. Oh my! The presentation and food taste were exquisite! Service was excellent! We will be back with friends to enjoy more of your offerings!

    We had to send back truffle price twice because they were coming out cold. We were told they just came out of fryer but still lukewarm and inside cold. It was not truffle fries for the money. Came with some dip… that is not truffle. The roast beef dip was deli packaged slices. they should have been fresh roasted slices of beef. For the price because it was a tiny sandwich. Our attendant was nice and attentive.
