A stunning venue in a stunning location, London’s CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant presents the European debut of world renowned chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck. Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection hotel 45 Park Lane, CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant mirrors almost exactly its award winning Beverly Hills counterpart, offering the same mouth watering steak and seafood menu, a similarly well crafted wine list and the same atmosphere of moneyed glamour and laid back sophistication. Surrounded by wood panelling and curtaining, lit by low level lamps and high chandeliers and with curved leather banquettes creating an intimate feel, the dining room is as ideally suited to business as to romance and special occasions. From possibly London’s best steaks to salads, lobster, whole roasted fresh fish, and so much more, Puck has created a menu to steal the heart of every one of CUT at 45 Park Lane’s visitors.

                                                                                                            My partner and I recently had the pleasure of dining at CUT at 45 Park Lane, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and an atmosphere of understated luxury. The staff were nothing short of exceptional, attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being overbearing. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. As for the food, every dish was a masterpiece. The Wagyu steaks were cooked to perfection, with a buttery tenderness that melted in the mouth. The sides and sauces complemented the mains beautifully, and the champagne pairing recommended by the sommelier was spot-on. The highlight of the evening was the dessert. The Peach Melba was light, airy, and indulgent – a perfect way to end the meal. Highlights: – Beluga Caviar, Crème Fraîche – Wolfgang Puck’s Crab & Lobster Roll – Kingsbury Irish Wagyu New York Sirloin – Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon Dining at CUT at 45 Park Lane isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience. We left feeling not only satisfied but also truly cared for. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself, this is a restaurant that goes above and beyond.                                                                                                             Amazing steak and beef wellington. The food was simply awesome. The service was also very good however we were astonished to see other diners not adhering to the dress code wearing trainers sportswear but moreover allowing our neighbouring table to allow a pet dog on the lap of one of the diners whilst they ate. The ambience was also let down by children on the same table being allowed to watch iPads with the volume on disturbing other guests. This was not the experience expected at a fine dining restaurant and it was disappointing that the staff allowed this to happen.

                                                                                                            Excellent staff and the meal was superior. Not a big fan of their banquette seating. Seats are too low for the table height but that is a minor annoyance in the larger, very positive, experience.

I had the filet but my girlfriend had the Australian Wagyu ribeye which was out of this world. Her martini was perfect and my glass of red wine. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and excellent. Be prepared to spend on a special night but worth it

                                                                                                            My Fillet for over 80£ was way less den 6oz, smallest fillet I have ever seen. Not worth the price. My friend had the yellow tale sashimi, for 34£ it was 5 little pieces. I am never going again!

                                                                                                            This was by far the best food I have had in my entire life. The food was astoundingly good, I had the scallops and the prawn spring rolls and let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. Our waiter, cannot remember his name which is frustrating was also the best! Fantastic suggestions, great conversation and just overall a lovely person to have serve you throughout the night. I would advise everyone to go to this restaurant at least once and you will not be disappointed!
