A stunning venue in a stunning location, London’s CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant presents the European debut of world renowned chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck. Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection hotel 45 Park Lane, CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant mirrors almost exactly its award winning Beverly Hills counterpart, offering the same mouth watering steak and seafood menu, a similarly well crafted wine list and the same atmosphere of moneyed glamour and laid back sophistication. Surrounded by wood panelling and curtaining, lit by low level lamps and high chandeliers and with curved leather banquettes creating an intimate feel, the dining room is as ideally suited to business as to romance and special occasions. From possibly London’s best steaks to salads, lobster, whole roasted fresh fish, and so much more, Puck has created a menu to steal the heart of every one of CUT at 45 Park Lane’s visitors.

Paying £84 for a 6oz steak that lacked distinction is simply not justified. As a passionate steak lover, I know I can find a far superior steak at a British pub for a better price.

                                                                                                            My partner and I recently had the pleasure of dining at CUT at 45 Park Lane, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and an atmosphere of understated luxury. The staff were nothing short of exceptional, attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being overbearing. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. As for the food, every dish was a masterpiece. The Wagyu steaks were cooked to perfection, with a buttery tenderness that melted in the mouth. The sides and sauces complemented the mains beautifully, and the champagne pairing recommended by the sommelier was spot-on. The highlight of the evening was the dessert. The Peach Melba was light, airy, and indulgent – a perfect way to end the meal. Highlights: – Beluga Caviar, Crème Fraîche – Wolfgang Puck’s Crab & Lobster Roll – Kingsbury Irish Wagyu New York Sirloin – Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon Dining at CUT at 45 Park Lane isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience.
