CUT Steakhouse offers a fine dining experience sure to please the most sophisticated of diners. Start your evening with a glass of award-winning wine or perhaps a popular craft beer. From our menu, savour a dry-aged New York Striploin, delicious AAA Atlantic Rib-eye, PEI Blue Dot tenderloin or Wagyu beef all cooked to your specifications. Finish off with an amazing sampling of fine cheeses, a specialty liqueur and a decadent dessert. Downstairs, SHUCK Seafood + Raw Bar features a seafood market with a wide selection of Nova Scotia product delivered daily. Enjoy oysters on the half shell, crudo, ceviche or whole fresh fish prepared to your liking. In the summer, sit outside on our beautiful patio overlooking the Halifax waterfront.

    we were disappointed with the food.. not up to the cut standard we are used to. Steaks were undercooked, fat not rendered down, mash was in a soup butter. Brussel sprouts had too much balsamic. Was disappointed

    Great spot for great food. Server Matt and manager Aaron were extremely friendly and helpful. This really added to my dining experience. Great selection of single malt scotch and of course a perfectly prepared steak. Highly recommend.

    We had amazing servers score for the food is my steak was a bit chewy and not a medium rare more rare I didn’t complain not my style . My wife’s short rib was amazing and the lil banana bread while leaving was a nice touch . Over and above the steak being chewy and undercooked was a great night .

    Anniversary dinner for my husband and I. Shared caesar Salad and scallops to start. Tableside for salad. It was good. Had filet mignon for entree in peppercorn sauce, side of potato that we shared and mushrooms and onions. Excellent except the onions were not cooked well enough. I couldn't eat them. My husband did. Excellent service by many servers. As we seemed to have alot. Great atmosphere in an awesome location. Forgot to add our waiter brought us each a glass of Champagne and Congratulated us on our anniversary. That was very nice and a special touch for sure.

    Steaks- Ordered Rib Eyes Medium rare- Thin, tough and tasteless. Very disappointed. French onion soup good. I would not return. Nope.

    Food was amazing. Caesar salad was made tableside. Tomahawk steak was prepared perfectly. Servers were first class.

    I frequent this restaurant and it was amazing minus my steak was severely over cooked as was my date’s. Im not into wasting food so we let them know and ate it anyway. And they did reduce the steak portion of the bill by 25%. I was disappointed but everything else was great and service is always top notch

    Amazing. Steak was cooked to perfection. Service was great. Yes it’s not Keg or Chop pricing BUT the ambiance, the service and the food quality is miles above Can’t wait to go back
