Da Capo brings to Connecticut a recipe found in Little Italy in the early 1900's: "Authentic New York Style Thin Crust Pizza." Almost a century later, da Capo proudly presents our famous "Old World" recipe, along with classic family dining as well as contemporary Italian pasta dishes.

The wooden floors and the tin ceiling are not conducive too loud music. Loud music is not conducive to conversation. Difficult to hold a conversation across a small table. Changes the nature of a friendly visit and makes it less pleasant than need be

There were 5 of us who were catching up during lunch at da capo. We had a variety of apps, meals, drinks and desserts which were all delicious. And the server did a great job…he was attentive without hovering over us since we were catching up so slow to order. Definitely recommend visiting da capo, a perfect place to gather!9

Excellent help with seating as I and my date needed a corner table. Service was excellent. My date's Eggplant Rollatini was excelent. I had a burger and fries. Burger was too messy to eat with hadns, had to use a knife and fork. Fries were ok - a little overdone. Value was good for the price.

Food and service was good. Much better ambience when have dined on the outside patio, but to cold now for that. Tables very small and very close together inside, so really limiting if you are trying to have a private conversation. Typical pizza place set up inside for the price of the food inside should be scaled up a bit.

Da Capo is one of our favorite restaurants! We took our daughter and her husband there for an early Thanksgiving celebration (they will be visiting his family for the holiday itself), and it was a great celebration! She and I had the rigatoni Bolognese, my husband has the Vongole & Salsiccie, and Ben had the salmon. All excellent, and with enough for leftovers.
