I’ve been to Prime several times and the food usually is great with the wild card being the service. My girlfriend and I went for a nice meal before going to a show and we were not impressed. It took us 30 minutes to get our first and only drink, a glass of wine, which came with our salads. The waiter comped the wines. The bacon appetizer was extremely hard and we struggled to chew it, not finishing it. The waiter was saying he was sorry that he was behind, but everything was rushed and we had to get his attention to put our dinner order in. Usually a steak house like that has 2 wait staff, especially on a Friday night, but there was only one and he was behind with every table he waited on. The steaks came out and my girlfriends was over cooked. Then we had to ask for the bill because we were going to be late for our show. Just not the experience you expect when spending $300 on dinner for 2. It seems as though because it is in a casino the expectations are lowered when they should be the same.

The food was delicious, but the prices are high. The service was great and our waitress Hella was fantastic. We definately enjoyed ourselves.

The pumped-in music is intrusive, making it difficult to have a conversation with a person sitting next to you. This is the second time in the last month that we have been at this restaurant and the second time when it took nearly 20 minutes to get from the table being cleared to a cup of coffee. We didn’t even order dessert, just coffee.

We have been to David Burke many times and the food is very good. This time the were so short handed that the waitress had to serve 10 tables with little help and there was quite a wait for service.

Ridiculously overpriced for tasteless food and a buffet style seating. $500 for steak that tastes like charred wood, potatoes with no taste, and charged $14 for a tablespoon of horseradish had me leaving here feeling exploited and cheated. Nothing about this place justifies the extreme price gouging. Better experience at chain steakhouses, with more value and no gouging. Save your frustration and spend your money at a place that’s worth the time. Absolutely nothing to rave about here with lackluster taste.
