Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    One of our favorites when in Vegas. It has never disappointed. Joseph our waiter was prompt, had a great attitude and did a great job. We will be back

    I was not impressed with the quality of the food for the price. It is overrated. I ordered a 9 oz filet mignon and was undercooked, they took it back to cook more and came back over done and chard. I ordered a 6 oz filet mignon instead and was cooked right however there didn’t seem to be any flavor. I’m disappointed to say the least. I’m from Texas and even a mediocre steakhouse has a better steak. 🙂

    Delmonicos was very impressive. We had 3 people dedicated to catering our every need. The service was great and the ambience was terrific. Our waiters were very helpful. The food was mouth watering and the dessert was delightful. Highly recommend Delmonicos

    Food was exceptional. The pop over bread was absolutely wonderful and the steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. Banana cream pie was also amazing.

    We were in town for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, my son and my first time, Chef Ivan and his staff were amazing, they knew the menu and had great recommendations made our meal great! It was truffle that weekend and they were amazing! We will definately return!
